Missouri's LLC fee schedule fits on an index card. One formation fee with an online discount, a $10 change filing, and nothing recurring, because the state never adopted an annual report for LLCs. Every figure below comes from the Secretary of State's official fee schedule.
Formation: $50 Online, $105 on Paper
The Articles of Organization (Form LLC-1) can be filed two ways, and Missouri prices them differently in the direction you would not expect. The Secretary of State's business portal charges $50 for the online filing, while the mailed paper form runs $105. Electronic payments pick up a small third-party card convenience fee, which still leaves the portal route far ahead. Missouri is one of the few states where filing online is the discount option rather than the premium one.

This is the line that surprises people. A Missouri LLC files no annual report and no biennial report, and the state levies no franchise tax on LLCs. Chapter 347 of the Revised Statutes simply contains no periodic-report provision. After formation, the Secretary of State has no scheduled fee waiting for you, ever. What remains is a duty rather than a bill: continuously maintaining a registered agent and Missouri registered office under RSMo 347.030.
